Why is learning important for future-focused organizations?

There are many reasons why teams are important:
1. They help/aid in completing tasks more objectively through sharing of thoughts.
2. They make the team members more relaxed and more open to expressing their individual thoughts without the feel pf intimidation from superiors.
3. They boost self-confidence and within the bigger circle it boosts morale.
4. People learn more in teams because we are given a chance to hear and learn from other people's experiences or views and this in turn can let us in on something that we did not know.
